Managing Executives

Martin Schuermann (CEO) served as Chairman and CEO of IM-Internationalmedia AG and Intermedia Inc, an industry leading producer and distributor of such feature films as Terminator 3, Alexander, Basic Instinct 2, RV, One Missed Call and more than 40 other films. He also was a founding partner in LA based merchant bank Euro Capital Advisors LLC. Prior to this, Mr. Schuermann was Managing Director of CLT-UFA (US), Bertelsmann's US based TV and film arm. Mr. Schuermann has served on several public company boards, including Intertainment AG, IM-Internationalmedia AG and Future Media Inc.
Allan Legator (CFO) began his career in the early 1990s in the biotech area, and then in the audit practice of KPMG Peat Marwick, specializing in the technology sector, starting in 1994. He served as Director of Finance for Sega Japan Gaming Division in 2000, where he helped to structure its Las Vegas gaming strategy. Mr. Legator also served as Chief of Operations for the newly formed Sega Gaming Technologies. After serving as Chief Financial Officer of BroadSpring Inc., he co-launched New Motion Inc. in June 2005, where he heads up all financial functions, including business operations and all financial dealings with Mobile Sidewalk’s many partner companies and consumer customers. Mr. Legator has a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University and is licensed as a CPA in the State of California.
Jerome Torresyap (EVP of Operations) brings over 10 years of experience in technology portfolio management and operational finance. He has brought two (2) software titles to the national retail shelves and ran the online marketing division for one of the largest off-deck mobile entertainment brands in the U.S., Mobile Sidewalk, for New Motion, Inc. (OTCBB: NWMO). After going public through a reverse merger and subsequent acquisition of a NASDAQ-listed company, he was promoted to head the Strategic Planning Group at Atrinsic Inc. (NASDAQ: ATRN). He was then given oversight over a $114MM operational budget governing the company’s online, mobile and telecom assets. Mr. Torresyap received a BS in Chemistry from the University of Southern California and completed his studies at the Wharton Business School.
Rudy Tapia (VP of Business Development) Mr. Tapia’s business career has included serving as an advisor to start-up and early stage U.S companies primarily located in California. Mr. Tapia's advisory services include formulating financing strategies as well as providing on-going general business advice. Prior to his career advising start-up and early stage companies Mr. Tapia was a Sr. Loan Officer for Coast Savings Bank and Citibank and as an independent finance intermediary. Mr. Tapia attended both San Diego State and UCLA majoring in Political Science.

Board Members

Scott Lambert worked as Executive Vice President at the William Morris Agency from 1994 to 2008 and served as President of the Business Group and Executive Vice President of Production at Relativity Media from 2008 through 2009. He is currently Chairman of SPL Media, a media consulting firm, as well as Executive Vice President of American Dream Sun, a solar energy company. Scott also works as a producer in Broadway, film and TV and has an overall production deal at Relativity Media LLC. 
Brett D. Mayer From 1990 to 2004 Mr. Mayer was at Heitman/JMB where he served several positions, culminating in partnership. He worked on over $1 billion in real estate workouts, acquisitions, developments restructurings and financings. During his tenure at the company Mr. Mayer was involved in various types of assets and investment fund creation and execution. After departing from Heitman/JMB, Mr. Mayer created, ran, partially owned and raised the money for two separate strategic joint ventures with one of the country’s largest public pension funds as its lead investor and one of the largest private developers in the country as a co-owner.
